Finance

The beginning of the process and where we focus much of our early attention when talking to new clients. It is amazing how many borrowers there are that haven’t reviewed their loans and taken advantage of better rates and packages.

Conveyancing

Many of our clients invest interstate so we are often asked to make recommendation for property law experts with local experience and qualification.

Handovers (Defects check)

On settlement, we believe a building inspection from a third party is a must. They provide a final quality report on your unit, including a combined external and internal quality assurance inspection report.

If required they will then mediate between the builder and you the client to resolve any issues and alleviate any friction over the identified defects.

Depreciation Schedules

New properties require a depreciation schedule from a qualified Quantity Surveyor so that you can make annual (or even monthly claims if required) from the ATO.

Wills & Estates

If you haven’t already it very important that your Will is drafted by a specialist Wills and Estate Lawyer who has knowledge and experience in this complex area of law.

Landlord Protection Insurance

Whilst your properties body corporate fees will include building insurance it also makes sense to insure yourself against loss of rent, damage, theft or indeed replacement of locks.
