I founded Positus because there’s more to it than that. It’s a big step, it feels equally as scary as it does exciting. And what you really want to know is, yes I really to do give a monkeys about your investment journey because I’ve been there.

Everyone starts somewhere, and once upon a time I had all of the questions, doubts, concerns and trepidation that you have. We don’t want you to do it on your own. We want to do the whole thing with you from working out what’s possible, choosing a property, guiding you through the legals and finance, to picking up the keys and ensuring you have a good property manager in place to find you the right tenant, and importantly to keep an eye on your investment.
